Liz found yoga ten years ago while searching for something that would strengthen her body and calm her mind. After her first class, she knew that yoga was exactly what she needed. After years of learning different styles of practice and persuading friends and family to flow with her. Liz decided to immerse herself in her passion and in the yoga community more deeply by becoming a certified teacher. She recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga School, whose unique vinyassa flow is based on moving energy up through the chakras in order to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. Liz encourages students to use the tools that yoga offers like conscious breathing, non-attachment and self-acceptance in all aspect of their lives.
